Owings Y

"Y" stands for "why would someone build such a thing"?  It certainly is unconventional!  This clamshell guitar has limited controls, with only a 5 way pickup switch.  The neck is "octagon" shaped, like Lil Rocker.  The headstock is sharply angled to mimic the body..  The scale length is 25 inches.  Two full-sized humbucking pickups.

Since there is no volume control, the pickup switch has a "mute" setting which lets you quickly silence the guitar.  (This could be rewired to be a low-volume setting for a pickup if desired.)
